Answer : It will take about 5days for sample and 14 days for mass production. The exact time depends on your design and order qty. We could send you the samples but the samples are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the sample fee.

Answer : Confirm hat specifications – > confirm price – > proof – > confirm sample – > sign a contract, deposit payment and arrange bulk production – > finish production – > inspection (photo or real product) – > balance payment – > delivery – > after-sales service.
